Brooks Place is proud to offer independent living in our cottages. Our senior residents enjoy the active, welcoming atmosphere of a retirement community along with the freedom and independence to enjoy retirement as they choose. When the cottage is no longer needed, the cottage is sold back to Brooks Place and our residents have priority move-in options when assisted living becomes necessary. The cottage owner of the estate will receive 90% of the basic purchase price if returned within the first year, 80% if returned within 2-5 years and 75% if returned 5+ years.
